30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Fragrances must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@m2bpartner.co with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, including shipping.
